We booked for 4 days with private driver and the last day which we have book him and inform him that we need to go to the airport he din turn up. In the urgency, We seek another alternative and we are late and almost missed our flight!!! Such irresponsible travel agency and bad experience in hiring him as the driver. Guys, just to share my experience in lombok, please look out for other private taxi driver beside this one. There is plenty of other private taxi company you can hire from the airport. The driver driving skill are reckless and our driver almost hit another bike or car during our journey. Almost everyday he is late to pickup us from the hotel. We could't change to other tour because on the 1st day, we have paid deposits to this company. Thats the way the tour agency tie u up. If u have 3 days trip including to send u to airport, please make sure the second day fees are not paid to them until they have send u to the airport. Or else, the final day, they will MIA. U might miss your flight!! They will ask for different prices, but its possible to negotiate the price, we paid IDR 200,000 USD 15 from airport to Sengiggi and it took us 1 hour 15 minutes to reach. Most of the drivers speak decent English so its easy to communicate. Also several lounges for first class and business class travelers. They also accept Priority cards. The Lombok International Airport is very beautiful. The security system is excellent. All staffs working at the airport from the security checks, Immigration checks, Mas check-in, shopping & food outlets, Pilots & crew are very professional and most friendly compared to any other parts of the world.
